Basketball - Seredov best practice: jump'n'yell
Some hints of good game from me:
1) When you jump to block somebody - shout as loud as you can, imaging that airplane is going to land right on your head, so your opponent will be paralyzed...
2) When you jump to shoot basket - yell like you are going to blow bomb, best practice from my notes is screaming "Allahu Akbar", so other team members will run away in horror...
